Citrus Rice!

Marie hosted Cooking Club in May, and it was so fun to see her awesome new place! It's huge with nice big windows. It was a nice day so the citrus theme fit perfectly. I made this orange-pistachio wild rice salad courtesy of Food Network. See you in June at my place!
